For Buyers (BLCO)
- All requests to buy blco must be accompanied by ISPO from a real buyer issued by his bank and not from an intermediary. Any request to buy crude oil without a genuine ISPO from a real verifiable buyer will be thrown into the trash bin.
- Any document submitted to us must be authentic.
- The document must be addressed in the name of the concerned company. Everything from our acceptable ISPO and working procedure has been laid down in this site.
- We will not condone mails like “I represent a lot of companies and I have huge amount of potential buyers from around the world” We are not looking for this; we need the ones that can work with our procedure only.
- Documents submitted to us must be genuine. Never use photoshop to make bogus documents, it will simply be sent to the trash bin.
