Find below details of one of our vessels pregnant with 2 million barrels of Forcados light crude oil and get your buyer to track and confirm it then we sign the contract. As you know; No upfront payments on the vessel. However, for the Forcadoes only; the buyers will need to return the contract with a Bank Assurance letter and we board them (see procedures below)
To get the SPA for signing of contract after tracking and confirming the vessel.

PROCEDURES / PAYMENT INSTRUMENT:

  1. I. Seller issues contract

  1. II. Buyer & Seller sign and seal this contract and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.

III.       Buyer’s issues a Bank Assurance letter.

  1. IV. Seller confirms this and instructs his Captain to issue marine ATB to buyer/ his inspectors.

  1. V. Buyer’s inspectors go on board for Q and Q.

  1. VI. Buyer places LC/ BG or MT103/23.

  1. VII. Buyer takes over the CPA of the loaded vessel.

  1. VIII. Full documents of the loaded vessel released in buyer’s name.

  1. IX. Vessel sails to discharge port and payment into the individual accounts and commissions made.
