NCNDA

Non-circumvention and Non-disclosure Agreement is shortened as NCNDA. There is a stage when NCNDA will be signed. We will not accept requests from buyers who will say “let us sign NCNDA and I will send you my documents”. Any serious buyer knows that it is their obligation to pay its brokers their commission fee. NCNDA is usually signed prior to signing the contract or after it. Due process has to be followed and the NCNDA will not be the first thing we will work with.
