SPA – Supplier Purchase Agreement

There are three SPAs (Supplier purchase agreement) available on this page. They are namely TTO, FOB and CIF. Please download your preferred SPA, sign and return. Once it is signed and returned, the buyer should follow the next clause on the SPA.
